Hi, I’m Nathan Rapport. I’ve been making art since I could hold a brush, and I’ve been making visibly queer work, and engaging with the creative queer community for almost 2 decades.
My creative energy and work is often rooted in celebrating queer intimacy, and our shared experience. My inspiration stems from a deep desire to connect with my lost ancestors. Our “father figures” were taken from us, just as I entered into my own adult queerness. This need to learn their stories, seek their guidance, and connect the dots between their experiences and my own fuels my creative projects.
